Accuracy terms

This is a draft of how a paid accuracy guarantee would work. It is not an offer, SLA, or refund right.

  1. The default product is public-signal catch-all verification. It does not send mail.
  2. Any future guarantee would apply only to addresses verified on a named plan, during a named window, with SMTP probe still off unless separately contracted.
  3. A miss would mean a documented bounce on a mailbox we labeled deliverable, excluding catch-all domains, role accounts, and greylisting.
  4. Remedy would be credits, not cash, capped per month, after an operator review of headers you supply.
  5. These terms stay inactive until legal review publishes a versioned date on this page.
