Comparison Email Intel vs ZeroBounce
Email Intel vs ZeroBounce
ZeroBounce sells breadth — verification plus placement, DMARC, blacklist and warmup. We sell depth on the one record type that suite pricing tends to leave unresolved.
An established verification vendor that expanded into an all-in-one deliverability suite (ZeroBounce ONE, launched September 2025).
Where the two approaches actually differ
| Dimension | Email Intel | ZeroBounce |
|---|---|---|
| Product shape | Focused API: verification, catch-all resolution, domain intelligence. | All-in-one suite: verification, inbox placement, DMARC, blacklist, warmup, email finder (ZeroBounce ONE, Sept 2025). |
| Catch-all posture | The primary problem we work on — resolved from public signals with an explicit confidence. | One capability within a broader suite. |
| Published entry price | Usage-based from $0.001 per lookup. | $99/mo for ZeroBounce ONE, per published pricing. |
| Integration breadth | API-first, with a HubSpot app and SDKs — narrower than theirs. | 49+ integrations, per published materials. |
We are not the right answer for everyone.
Breadth, maturity and integrations. ZeroBounce ONE bundles inbox placement, DMARC monitoring, blacklist monitoring, warmup and an email finder at a published $99/mo with 49+ integrations. If you want one vendor for all of it, that is a stronger fit than a focused API.
Where we fit instead: Teams whose actual bottleneck is the catch-all segment of a B2B list — commonly 30–60% of addresses — and who want that segment resolved from evidence rather than marked risky.
Why there is no accuracy number on this page.
We do not publish a head-to-head accuracy comparison. Our historical benchmark was withdrawn from marketing use because its labels were third-party probabilistic labels rather than observed delivery outcomes. A replacement measured on real customer bounce outcomes is in progress. Until it reports, we compare on method — which you can verify today — and not on accuracy.
If you are evaluating vendors, the useful question is not whose number is bigger — it is whose number you can reproduce. Ask any vendor, us included, what the ground truth was, who labelled it, and whether the labels came from observed delivery outcomes or from another tool's guess.
Where these facts come from
September 2025 launch, $99/mo and 49+ integrations as published by ZeroBounce.
15–28% of B2B domains are catch-all (Dropcontact); 30–60% of addresses in a typical B2B list sit on them (Enrichley, LeadMagic).
